• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

• If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to us.

• Re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at shivshakticorrupack@gmail.com.

• Unboxing video proof is mandatory for claims related to damage, missing, or defective items.

• Claims without video evidence will not be entertained.
